All merchandise purchased online has 15 days to return. Returns are only processed if you have received an email of approval.
Returns/Exchanges are approved if we are notified within 7 days upon delivery date, the item(s) are damaged upon arrival, or the item(s) received are incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no odors, hair or stains.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
The product has been washed
If the product has been worn
The product is returned with animal or human hair
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will emailed to you in a form of a Code to be used upon check out, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
